At EGGERS & SPOON™, we use a three-layer construction for our pots and pans, commonly known as "Tri-Ply" or "Clad" cookware. We start with a layer of magnetic stainless steel, ensuring that our pots and pans are compatible with all types of stoves – gas, ceramic, or induction. When using EGGERS & SPOON™ products, it’s all the same. Next, we add a layer of pure copper, along with an additional layer of aluminum, to guarantee even heat distribution. Finally, we apply a top layer of stainless steel.

What truly sets our products apart from ordinary pots and pans is our unique laser etching process, which creates the patented EGGERS & SPOON™ Hexagon Design. This distinctive process forms a series of peaks and valleys on the surface of the cookware. The valleys hold the non-stick material, ensuring you benefit from non-stick functionality and easy cleaning.

How long can I leave the pan in the oven?

Our pans are heat-resistant and can safely stay in the oven at temperatures up to 260°C (500°F) for as long as you need.

Does the oil in the pan run to the edges?

Nope. When heated, liquid cooking oils typically flow towards the edges of the pan due to a physical effect, which happens with regular pans that have a smooth bottom.

But with our pans, the octagon pattern combined with our ceramic coating keeps the oil from running to the edges.

Does the handle get hot?

Nope. The handle comes separately from the pan, so you attach it yourself. This makes it a separate part from the pan, so it won’t get hot.

Diese Pfanne hat mich wirklich überzeugt. Heute kam die nächst größere an. Brate eigentlich grundsätzlich nicht ohne Fett aber so ist das Ergebnis echt gut, egal ob Spiegelei, Bratkartoffeln oder Steak. Einziger Kritikpunkt , man darf nicht zu sehr rühren, sonst springt schon mal was aus der Pfanne. Ist aber vermutlich Gewöhnungssache.
